SONDRE MOEN
Olympian. Norwegian sub-2:06 Marathoner
He is the fastest Norwegian distance runner, and currently holds the Norwegian national record for 10,000 meters, half marathon and marathon. His 2:05:48 at the 2019 Fukuoka Marathon is the first sub-2:06 marathon ever run by a European.Always searching for ways to improve, Sondre frequently travels to Kenya’s Rift Valley in order to train at altitude with some of the world’s best runners. It is here that he is able to take his training to the next level – to push past plateaus and comfort zones that often limit runners who train alone. We will be watching Sondre as he takes on Boston in April.
